Think that you forgot the ground closures...
Dirty mind lol
Wolves fan for 43 years but I want Albion to win. Hate Villa with a passion, hate Albion less. Each to their own 1972. Can I still be a “fan”.
Is there football played outside of the Premier League?
I am not really aware any more.
Nil Nil draw, with a few sent off please.
Villa just this game.hope it's the worst ref ever
Referee is Darren England. Reffed us twice last season, Norwich away and Hull at home. His record is below..
Darren England - Record of all matches refereed
Feel "dirty" just thinking about voting!!! Can't stand them both!!
Other way round re Blues/Villa for me but yeah as long as the **** lose every game that'll do
Yes - and it's ****ing ****
A terrible match resulting in a bore draw, some red cards and Harvey Barnes being recalled by Leicester.
I'm surprised that so many want Albion to win, If there was a poll on a Villa forum asking people who they'd to win in a Wolves v birmingham match, I don't think a single person would choose birmingham.
I could live with your version too.. ideally all three would be relegated
Sorry, Reans, but I want neither as a draw would be preferable to me.
I have found, when speaking to Albion fans down here in London (visitors and residents) that it's very disarming if I say I don't have any dislike for Albion, they're just another club. It seems actually worse for them than if I'd suggested any kind of rivalry.
Let's face it, if you regard them as insignificant without any rancour it's far more potent than beginning some banter which makes them feel empowered for whatever reason.
Makes sense. They KNOW that they are inferior, always have been and always will be. Acknowledging any rivalry gives them spurious importance. A bit like Smallsall trying to assert some sort of rivalry with us....
Having been under a cloud for years I want to continue enjoying our day in the sun whilst they both wallow in the Championship.
That said when I grew up our true rivals were the Albion ,the Villa were nowhere. After years of being in the backwaters they returned to the top flight in 1975 and yes they did win the Title and subsequently the European Cup but most of their history was when Victoria was on the throne.
Yes some of the Albion fans reacted badly regarding our demise but as a club they didn’t really do anything against us .Our problems were down to our own ineptitude.
Villa on the other hand acted despicably towards us from Owner,Chief Executive down to the Manager.Villa actively attempted to do our club down which they hoped to gain from whilst deflecting from their own ineptitude.
I am no lover of Albion but they aren’t the ones with the chip on their shoulders still believing they are a top 6 club.
Didnt vote, and dont give a **** about result.
They are both irrelevant, the only time i might be vaguely interested is if the result had a direct impact on us.
Villa to win all the way.
One season of (very enjoyable) rivalry fighting for a place in the prem doesn't replace a lifetime of revulsion.
NB. If Villa ever sing a joyous song about the death of one of our players, I might take a different view.
**** the Albion
That,s like asking which knacker do you want chopping off. Villa to lose. That's only because I want to see what happens when they fail to go up
People questioning people choice of vote, for me its nothing to do with which rivalry is greater, the game has no bearing on Wolves as they're both below us and an irrelevance to us as a club. All that leaves is how it affects me personally and personally I know more arrogant Villa fans than Albion fans so out of the two an Albion win is preferable for not having to hear about it as much.
any wolves fan who wants anything good to happen to albion is seriously sick
Remember when they spat at Sir Jack, remember when they sang songs about Billy Wright when he'd passed away...........**** the ****
Couldn't give a toss like most of the country, two small clubs playing each other. They're like a Yorkshire terrier barking at us,
Wonder if there is any chance of a megaflood sweeping both teams, their officials and fans away never to be seen again? Rain hard, please rain hard lol
I agree with you 98% as you missed out huge fines and points deductions
Haven't grown up in or near to Wolves so I don't feel the Albion hatred quite as intensely as others, though obviously I still don't like them. However Villa really got on my tits last season with their complaints, bitterness etc. so they can shove it. Hope the Albion beat them.
Hated Villa for under 12 months.
Hated Albion for about 28 years and counting.
It's not even close.
I still want Villa to fail long term but I'd take their short term success if it means wrecking these ****s.
A draw would be great.
Any chance of a bit of hanging and quartering too?
I dont want either to win. I do want at least one of them to be promoted. Because I want revenge....
Yam from cannock ay ya,so being cannock has more villa fans then the ****e,it will obviously come naturally if yam living amongst em. I'm from Featherstone and hate the ****e,mostly because they're ar rivals.I wouldn't lower mesen to wish anything good about em.
I hope Villa win 5-0 personally, we’ve had a good bit of rivalry recently but compared to Blues & Albion...come on.
This spot on, the Villa rivalry for me seems to come from kids on twitter who supported Man Utd before last season!
1972, the hate of Villa goes way back, everything from their **** name, **** colours, the **** AV floodlights. When they won the league and then fluked the European cup my dislike of the ****ers grew even more, so for me an Albion win will see them further away from promotion and closer to oblivion and trust me the demise of that club can’t come quick enough. SOTV
The Villa through the combined ****e from Bruce, Whineass and Xia really helped create a false disdain for me.
The Boggie ****e however will always be what it is.
Last season Villa ****ed me off plus I work with the most pompous ***** of a villa fan. But I hope they dick the baggies.
