Think you meant sad or possibly desperate.
For the time being.
**** my pants if Jeff announced plans to turn Molineux into a 50,000 all seater with retractable roof tomorrow.
I presume a 12 year old is in charge of their official twitter?
As signing there leading striker didnt work. Plan B, go on Jeff buy Villa park and smash it down.
Its a long hard winter ay it.
Dont **** ower Jeff off Villa.
Bless, they still haven't got over it have they?
Perfect place for a lorry park with good access to the motorway network.
Ship them off into Perry Barr after the Comonwealth games. Give them the West Ham experience.
That tweet must be the biggest fishing trip in history, what a legend
Embarrassing from any clubs official media
Mind the Drop
Put on your seat belts
It's a rough ride
They are so deluded over there its hilarious, for some reason they think they have gotten one over us with Tammy ..who they fail to realize isn't even one of their players anyway and there is still time for him to leave the club anyway.
When you even mention the fact we are in a higher league all you get is; 1) Our ground is bigger 2) 1982
It really hasn't sunk in yet that they are the new Leeds/Forest/Sheffield Wednesday (Delete as appropriate)
They aren't even the highest placed Midlands team in the top two divisions.
MIND THE GAP!
As for their Twitter account post.....bite of the century! Whichever Wolves fan got the response deserves a presentation of a golden fishing rod at half time at the next home game!
Official Villa twitter got proper triggered
I think all the tweets from both set are petty
We’re clearly obsessed, every time we get a response we say oooo big fish caught etc
They react and think they have one up on us
Who cares, let football do talking ffs
I think it's all got a bit silly. Growing up in Walsall which has a fairly even spread of supporters for Wolves, Villa, Albion and Walsall the Wolves and Villa supporters always had a mutual respect and at the same time joined in on the **** taking of WBA and Walsall. I know Villas antics last season upset a lot of our fans but personally I was more disappointed than angry and lost a bit of respect for Villa. As it stands I've moved on knowing we won and I'm quite happy to keep a dignified silence knowing we've put years between the club's. We won, enjoy it
Top bins from Spiers
And that’s the internet won for the day
I think its all good fun
Is it Dortmund Twitter that often have good banter?
If we do eventually get our man from the vile, our media team could have some great fun with the release video couldn't they
Nice one Tim!
any sensible wolves fan realises that on support villa is the biggest club.
a shame that the previous historic good relations between wolves and villa fans has been tarnished by top brass at villa complaining to the efl accusing wolves of unfair practices.
i know plenty of villa fans and all of them are fine, and embarrassed by their clubs complaints about us.
those responsible are not there any more so all the best to villa as far as i'm concerned.
Villa are ****
Mind the Gap
Grudgingly must agree. Facts are facts. Villa have won more major trophies (albeit many very historic) and if successful would likely have bigger gates than us. I’ve never been too bothered by Villa until last seasons nonesense. I’ve worked for many years in the centre of Brum and with many Villa fans and found them broadly to be quite sensible.
Mind you I still find Grealish a **** and nowhere nearly as good as he and others think.
Villa release their accounts on 28th Feb - that will be very interesting reading
Top brass that have moved as well.
What you say is accurate over the last 30ish years. Not so sure further back historically that Villa have always been bigger than Wolves even on support.
i said "on support" they are bigger. as they should be being birminghams main club.
No historic good relations from me. I've known plenty over the years and they have all given it the big we are the top dogs attitude. Even when they weren't (typical deluded villa fan) much the same as they are now . I hope they never ever get back to The Prem and we never get relegated. I would die a happy man. The whole club and its fans can get stuffed.
What would villa's attendences be if they spent 20 years in the championship
Probably about 25-30,000.
They have a bigger catchment area.
Some of our fans are just as bitter as some of their's.
All a bit sad.
That's me, I'm sad. I can live with it . Their demise has been a long time coming and I'm loving every single minute of it.
They havent always had more support. Check the stats
Kodjia being sold to nice 6m
Out of matchday squad and spotted brum airport
They’re def the bigger club - no wonder given last 40 years of each club and their geography - but I do remember their crowds not being great in the late 80s / early 90s
Not that we could compare at that time! I just think our mid to late 90s support was impressive considering no prem football
I’d like to see villa’s attendances given our recent history and over last four decades
Losing 1-0 at Wigan. #bigtime
Abraham reminds me a bit of Carl Cort. Quite gangly. Just watched about last ten mins or so
Wigan on top.
Come on Cooky
Abraham missed a sitter apparently - Yipee!
It's called the Bonatini effect.
