Judicial review, nuff said....
Not really, by using bringing the game into disrepute they can fine him/Leeds. They aren’t going to deduct points.
Bringing the game into disrepute is basically the FAs way of implementing any fine they want.
Anyways, bit pathetic only 1 spy, thought they travelled everywhere in the thousands
Any decision they make as a quasi legislative body has to be rational and considered not arbitrary or capricious or can be challenged in a real Court in a judicial review. It's not coincidence that most disciplinary panels are chaired by a QC...

I don’t doubt any fine the fa give out could be taken to court, but I seriously doubt Leeds would challenge it.
Someone made a good point on Twitter that managers have received touch line bans or fined for kicking water bottles on the touch line, often in anger. Why would they treat this any different?
What’s worse, what Bielsa has done or what Emery did at Brighton?
Not saying I agree with all the outrage this has created, but very interested to see how the FA react.
Lots of precedent (something Courts are big on) for fining managers for pitchside incidents...
I doubt any panel with legal involvement would go anywhere near trying to punish this with such a broadbrush clause...
Thing is, this has only become an issue because the guy got caught. How many matches this season has it happened and no one's noticed?
Frank Lampards Derby were ****!
If it had happened over the Christmas period they could probably have gotten away with it, dismissing it as a mince pie...........
Spot on yes he was and they reckon it happened in there first game. Guess they’ve done it to many of teams.
Should be a points deduction
Just heard they about to sign gk cassila from Real Madrid, how the **** they persuade him to play in the championship?
I've often wondered if any away dressing rooms are bugged!!!
I don’t believe Leeds are the only club doing this. Man City’s old (most recent, they have had a few) at carrington is a good example of this.
Stupidly they set it up so that the senior pitches where visible from the public footpath down the side of the training ground. I believe they tried to put up barriers/sight screens but this contravened right of view on public footpaths. This was how pictures would routinely come to light of balloteli causing mischief. Not because photographers were invited (Mourinho take note) but they could just stand on the path. I’m sure opposing teams went and watched.
Someone earlier said it should be the responsibility of the club doing the training to do it in private not that someone can’t look. This person did not trespass or do anything illegal. If lampard wants to keep his final tactical session private do it at the ground behind closed doors or have a training ground in which senior pitches are not visible.
On what grounds other than some random bloke on the net says so?
Not heard that but... Probably cos he's 37 and has been at Porto since 2015 being out of contract at the end of the season... A last payday...
Got your goalies mixed up bud?
Both keepers with Real links, one letter different (additional in the one case) in the surname, sorry.
As much as I despise Leeds, Bielsa is a breath of fresh air to them in a not too dissimilar way to what Nuno is for us.
Leeds have done nothing wrong in this case and its always good to see Lampard losing his head as Bielsa will no doubt irritate him further.
Glad Leeds beat them
This is what clubs need when they are due to face Leeds:

Integrity and honesty? Yeah, that's what Dirty Leeds are known for.
Breaking: Marcelo Bielsa has called a Presser for 5pm - amid Rumours that he has decided to Resign over the handling of Spygate.
****. That's the Albion going up then
One can dream.........
Leeds are playing at the Bet365 on Saturday, and I'm led to believe that after Stokes's defeat to Shrewsbury last night, Leeds won't be sending a spook to check out the home teams tactics.
It would be great though if he walked.
I bet the owner is in a real panic.
I personally think it would be a shame if Bielsa left Leeds United. I really wanted El Loco to give it a go in the Premier League.
Sounds like he's gone! Are Leeds gonna fall apart again
A club will surely give him a go.
Not going anywhere, the presser is to confront Spygate. Could be quite entertaining
Why would you arrange a press conference to resign ? You would just leave .
It will be to apologise for spygate nonsense no doubt.
Would be funny if he walked though
He did the same thing at Marseille
Hearing on Twitter that he’s set to announce Stoke’s starting line up
Its a ploy, world watching conference, Bieslas assistant is planting cameras in stokes changing rooms
Apparently they’ve sent spies to watch every opponent train lol
Any news on that keeper getting banned?
I love this man. The balls on him
They’re supposedly close to signing Kiko Casilla from Real Madrid, so their goalkeeper getting banned might not be a problem...
Absolutely love his response.
