So Warnock said a few words at the LMAs the other night, saw a video on facebook and won’t let me post.
    Went a bit like this:

“Nuno... who I’m sure you saw me on the pitch saying a few words to him a few weeks ago (Laughs). Seriously, I did ring him up to congratulate him. It’s alright ‘avin money, people say they have money, but you’ve still got to get the right players to achieve success, and Nuno did a fantastic job at Wolves.”

Fairplay to him, I’ve got respect for the guy even if he is a **** sometimes. He just lives and breathes football. I for one can’t wait for Part II next season, will be a good laugh.

He should have apologised. His words meant nothing.

I do congratulate him though for the promotion

I like Colin. Don't get me wrong, his behaviour towards Nuno that night in Cardiff was unacceptable, but the guy's a winner, a fighter and the job he's done this season deserves massive respect imo

His behaviour on that night was ridiculous, despite Nuno having made the mistake of snubbing him. That said, I'd honestly say Warnock has been the manager of the year in the Championship, given the resources available. However, our boy couldn't possibly have won that, in my opinion, given all the advantages offered to him BUT who would any club take next season? It's Nuno of course, a man who has been animated but mostly dignified, who has proven that he can spend well and manage a multinational side (which is an essential quality in the EPL), who is professional off the pitch, and who seems able to adapt his side without compromising his 'ideas'.

Warnocks alright. He behaved like a tit that night, but in the circumstances of the game I’d forgive him.
Fair play to him for ringing Nuno.

That’s exactly how I see it. We’ve all made idiots of ourselves in the heat of the moment, especially over something we’re really passionate about and in my eyes that’s not a bad thing. Good to hear he called Nuno.

Spot on. My behaviour after a defeat can be ridiculous. He had just seen his side miss 2 penalties!

Tbf, I aint gonna forgive him any time soon. Its alright reacting in the heat of the moment and passing it off as passion, because lets face it its exactly what Nuno did in the first place. But afterwards, he'd had time to calm down and focus, and he still did that ridiculous interview on Sky where he said Nuno had no class and that it was "British football". Absolute rubbish, disgraceful comments.

He can get stuffed. He doesn't hold a candle to Nuno, as a coach, or a man.
    He's irrelevant.

I can't stand him, never liked him, never will, **** him, the hypocritical ****, he moans and swears at Nuno for the whole world to see (good role model!!) live on Sky just because he was a sore loser and Nuno ran on the pitch with excitement, relief, happiness and whatever other emotions he had, any decent bloke would say fair enough you go and celebrate you deserve it, he's a **** and I dislike him more now than I did before.

His team missed 2 penalties in injury time and he had a bee in his bonnet, pressure does funny things to a man. Time to move on I think

I can imagine Colin in the Octagon, but Nuno and his silky skills would demand 8oz gloves in the square circle.

To be fair, it's tradition to at least acknowledge your fellow manager and then celebrate? It's not as if Nuno was in some pseudo-religious rapture or orgasming at the end of the match. Warnock overreacted just like Nuno did and I'm glad our lad has apologised.

Possibly the most promotions in British football history? That's got to count for something. He never mentions or holds Scarborough against us and has actually always been pretty complimentary about us as fans over the years. Plus, my brother was a postman who used to deliver to him in south Sheffield and he used to speak to him about wolves, football and give a gift at Christmas. I like the lad, and as long ad they know their place next year am happy to see him / them do okay.

It's nothing to do with he tradition how that **** reacted that's his excuse for being such a sore loser and he wanted to vent because his team just missed 2 penalties in the last 2 minutes of injury time, I'd be ****ed off too but that was disgraceful for any manager especially one as ancient as him and after all the experience he's got and after all the people he's ****ed off and abused - **** him, he's a dinosaur and he can stick his hand up his slimey ass.

I have no problems with Neil Warnock over that spat. In decades of watching us, I can't recall an ending like that. Remember that this was a really big game. For us (we were really concerned about our form and dropping down the table), but more so for Cardiff, as they were in danger of being surpassed by Fulham. The game seemed pretty much over and we had 3 points, Cardiff 0. Then in the last minute, I thought we had 1 point each - then it was 3 pts to 0 again - then it was 1 point each again - then it was 3 pts to 0. All in a minute.
The reaction of both managers tells me that neither of them can contain extreme emotions. But I like it when a manager is exhilarated, or hurt, by what moves us too. It shows that they have bought into the club, and feel something. Whatever you think of Warnock, he falls in love with his teams in a way that most managers don't.
Warnock loses his temper, which Nuno never does. Nuno explodes with excitement, which Warnock rarely does - but I think it comes from the same place. Both of them have apologized for their behaviour. It always takes longer to come down from anger and disappointment, so the happy guy apologizes first.
