More than enough, have no fear.
And it's also an inspiration to see you've been appointed to decide how other people should live their lives.
Back to the stand , any news if the temp will open ?
If there's no tickets showing on website then it wont be open tomorrow ? unless they do it as a walk up ( which I doubt)
Why can't they put it on the ticket website it as soon as safety inspection is complete? It must be all programmed in and ready to go. Even if that is 1pm tomorrow it would still sell out.
I think it is going on sale pal if it passes the inspection today. Fingers crossed
Just been confirmed from a good source that the temp Stand will not be open for Everton but will be passed safe in time for Man City
Jesus this has just made me laugh!
Has anyone got current photos of the temporary stand, as it is now? Last Saturday vs. Villareal it looked a million miles away from being ready .....
Definitely not going to be open for Everton
There but for the grace of.....
What about intentionally homeless?
I thought it was normally a hostel ? and they are terrible places, well the ones in England are IMO.
The homeless are no different to the rest of us, there are good and bad.
Why is there lots of chat about the homeless? Can we keep the thread to Molineux redevelopment please?
why do you say this? Apparently seats have gone in, and trying to get safety certificate today
It may not be ready, but won't be far off
If anyone could post a current pic that would help clarify?
I resent that remark !
I was told by a mate who works at the ticket office that 200 are going on sale today.
Have to say though he was right. I had to go to St Johns Ambulance for training course a couple of weeks ago in Vicar St. Got off the bus in Wolverhampton Street and walked up past the spoons and there were homeless everywhere, one got up and just ****ed up the wall opposite the argos and about 7 door ways were "occupied"
Merry Hill as we know caused a lot of the shops to shut, but it really is a shocking state
Just reread the original post on this thread and it does tally up pretty well with what we've heard from Jeff last week. Clearly it was the architects submitting designs to the club, not planning applications though. I just hope they go for a 3 tiered Billy Wright in the end, so all stands are different.
Wondering why only 200 then, as it will hold 845.
Not restricted to Wolverhampton. Walking through Mayfair in London at 7am almost every doorway is occupied. Kind of stinks that somebody doesn’t have a roof over their head and so has to sleep in the doorway of a shop where the cheapest pair of shoes costs over £400 a pair.
Resale of season tickets?
Ah nowt to do with temp stand then!
Wasn't this from a couple of days ago ?
Yes, tweeted two days ago, went on sale yesterday.
Edit: Tweeted three days ago.
I'd just like to apologise to Jeff fir ever doubting him and showing my ignorance of civil engineering, the ropey looking set of scaffolding visible for Villareal obviously was the support for a stand and the seating mentioned obvioulsy comes with all the accompanying walkways etc. I'll get back in my box.
All gone then by the looks of it
That looks ready to me.
But getting safety cetificate might be tough.
agreed i would grant it!!
Who would sign it reans, a local fire chief?
Each club has a Safety Advisory Group and it'd be down to them from their local authority combining emergency services, HSE, Local Authority staff etc etc
I'm guessing that this temporary stand is more, the away end at Craven Cottage rather than one of those that they stick up for a Golf tournament etc.
As a semi-permanent structure that will be needed through the rebuild I think taking a bit of extra time is okay.
Safety test in about an hour - cross your fingers guys & gals
A proper, good quality temporary stand this time - not some second hand green seats
Looking at it I honestly don't think it will bounce quite as much as the Fulham away end does
Yeah I'll happily sign it off -
Kick the supporting post... If it stays up, "Yep! it's of sound structural integrity!"
Think the scousers have suffered quite enough with clubs considering safety certificates optional
