Seems he has settled in well there
Think he’s a quality player in League 1
I know it was his first game but I very much hope Exeter are going to use Donovan Wilson and not leave him on the bench week in and week out.
From Sunday and on:
Rafa Mir played the full game for Las Palmas in their 1-1 draw vs Zaragoza.
Jack Ruddy wasn’t involved for San Sebastián in their 1-1 draw vs Fuenlabrada.
Ashley-Seal has picked up an injury in Portugal accoring to his twitter. No clue how long he’s out.
FC Jumilla lost 2-0 vs Don Benito.
Ming-Yang Yang played 61 mins.
Sylvain Deslandes was an unused sub.
Ryan Leak played the full game.
Boubacar Hanne played the first half.
Sherwin Seedorf played the last 29 mins.
Also, Ebanks-Landell has been included in the EFL team of the week, and Burgoyne is in the SPFL team of the week.
Dont know if it has been mentioned but Daniel Csoka has gone on loan to FC DAC in the Slovakian league. Eighteen year old center back.
Yeah, just saw that. Strange it got no mention from Wolves before.
Daniel Csóka - FC DAC 1904 (Slovakian League)
Unused sub/not involved: 0
Clean sheets: 0
Twenty five players out on loan. There is a quiz on the official site, which I did earlier. I got them all right apart from Csoka as I had no idea he was out on loan.
25/25 me, sad I know lol
I got the same result. He was the first one that popped up too so I got extremely confused
I got them all right on the previous quiz apart from the Frankowski question.
So we've got Ronan, Herc and Csoka and FC DAC now?
FC DAC ay we!
I had no idea he existed. you're one up on me.
Kortney Hause was an unused sub for Aston Villa in their 3-3 draw vs Sheffield United.
Léo Bonatini played the first half for Nottingham Forest in their 2-1 win vs Brentford. He missed a sitter around the half hour mark.
Bright Enobakhare played 89 mins for Coventry in their 1-0 win vs Rochdale.
Ethan Ebanks-Landell played the full game for Rochdale in the same game.
Jordan Graham played the full game for Oxford in their 1-1 draw vs Sunderland.
Connor Johnson was not involved for Walsall in their 2-0 defeat vs Blackpool. They have too many loan players and have dropped Johnson as a consequence. With the way they've treated our loan players I hope we never loan a player out to them again. Johnson was finally starting matches and doing very well by all accounts and they've just dropped him out of nowhere. Idiots.
Donovan Wilson was an unused sub for Exeter City in their 1-1 draw vs Carlisle.
Ben Goodliffe played 80 mins for Dagenham & Redbridge in their 1-0 defeat vs Wrexham.
Aaron Hayden played the full game and scored the first goal for Stourbridge in their 2-0 win vs Biggleswade.
Harry Burgyone played the full game for Falkirk in their 2-1 win vs Alloa.
Phil Ofosu-Ayeh played 4 mins for Würzburger Kickers in their 2-1 win vs Energie Cottbus.
FC DAC won 3-0 in a friendly vs Mattersburg.
Connor Ronan started and scored. Not sure if Christian Herc and Daniel Csoka played.
The third goal in this sequence.... about 2mins 20
Összefoglaló az FC DAC 1904 - SV Mattersburg (3:0) felkészülési mérkőzésről
Was speaking to my Saddlers fan mate about Connor Johnson. He really rates him but says the manager has signed too many loan players, so Johnson has been left out. He also reckons they’re nailed on for relegation, and the manager is clueless. I wouldn’t be sending any loan players there in future.
Why are the **** wits at Exeter bringing in Wilson and not using him? Recall both him and Johnson. Sick of these clubs wasting our time.
Cheap ay it? Give a contract to a player full time, or loan a kid from a big team who’ll cover some/most of his wages.
Whole system of loaning players stinks, I bet there’s players from every PL club twiddling their fingers on the bench in L1/L2 while some useless clogger starts every week instead. Yet people don’t want B teams.
Spot on. The clubs don’t want B teams to “invade” the league system, but at the same time they refuse to play up and coming English talent. B teams are starting to look like the only way forward.
You don’t have to look further than the youngsters in Germany to see what regular football does for their development.
Seriously think we only send our young players abroad from now on.
English football now produces better youngsters than Germany, says Borussia Dortmund director Michael Zorc
Burgoyne to single handedly keep Falkirk up..? No comments about he’ll need both please ..!
Conor will never be a world beater but he deserves better than DAC. Poor kid.
It’s only for the remaining four league matches in as many weeks. Will do good for his development. Certainly better than sitting on the Walsall bench as he was before.
Michał Zyro played the last 13 mins for Pogoń Szczecin in their 2-1 defeat vs Lechia Gdańsk. Good to see him back from injury again.
Anyone know if we've got a kinda link with this FC DAC? Bit like Jumilla maybe.
We’ve had quite a few players in the u23’s from Slovakia over the years, like Kristian Kostrna (who’s also at DAC now) and a goalkeeper I can’t remember the name of, so I assume we have a scout there who knows someone at DAC.
From what I've read Forest fans don't think much of Bonatini
Strange, I thought Germany went out of the last World Cup with ease and got hammered in the Nation League qualifiers. They had a golden generation, nothing special in their system. Same as Spain, golden generation.
Think Okresh meant the British youngsters playing in Germany, like Sancho.
Yeah I meant players like Sancho, Nelson and Lookman.
Anyone know who of our loaned out players will be out of contract in the Summer?
The whole point of sending out players on loan is for them to get game time, yet our players aren’t getting much. We really need to be more careful where we send these players or have an agreement in place that they play.
Jut reading that Graham had an absolute stormer against Sunderland at the weekend. Hope he keeps it up.
Only played 45 mins hasn't he?
Cant help when he plays in a dinosaur ONeil side and by all accounts played behind the striker!
Deslandes, Goodliffe, Hayden, Johnson, Leak, Zyro. Year's options on Bright, Csoka, Hanne and Ronan.
so a lot of these will be moved on this summer, quite a lot finishing in 2019 and a number in 2020, more mutual terminations if we cant find them a club
will be a good Champ/L1 player going forward, hope he can stay away from any more serious injuries
