It's genius really, very clever play. He's holding his position which in itself is completely within the laws of the game but making sure he's in between Milner and Jimenez all the way through, giving Raul the opportunity to go one on one with Mignolet. I love Diogo, he's my favourite player when he's in this kind of mood.

Also, the Jimenez goal video surprised me for the simple reason that the Donck is far quicker than I thought, especially for a lad of his height and build. He's bombs it from behind play and has caught up by the time Jimenez shoots.

I know this has been mentioned, but Milner was so incredibly, laughably **** throughout this entire thing!

I could watch Jota 'school' Milner all day.
Nuno should have all our u23s forwards in a class room saying look this is what you do. Jota even checks his run slightly to hold Milner off. Brilliant!

I can't stop watching Neves' passes. So pinpoint to pick out Jota and Raul running at full speed and they don't even break stride.

What ridiculously placed inch-perfect passes from Jeves to Jimenez to Jota...love seeing the manager and his staff go crazy celebrating, too!

    Taxi for Wes Morgan....

For Jota's second, Ruben looks up (from 50 yards away) and both Diogo and Raul are peeling away from defenders roughly level with each other.

My money is on Diogo being faster than old Wes.

    Ruben agrees.

It does make you wonder how fast Coady is considering he arrives at the celebrations for Jota’s 3rd about a second after Jiminez which considering they must have started about 60 yards apart is some feat

Long time reader, but first post.... And felt this was a suitable thread to start!!
Could watch jota's 2nd &3rd goals continuously. What 2 sublime, fantastic and incredible passes from neves. What amazes me watching them back again from the various angles is the technique he uses. For jota's 2nd, it is almost a chip, ensuring the flight of the ball checks at just the right time taking out Morgan in an instant . Just incredible skill
For the last goal, he almost seems to play with check side (for all you snooker players), the pass at first viewing did look Miss hit and think Matt Murray mentioned it post match. But watching again the flight of the ball looks odd, because of the spin on the ball. With the spin as it bounces off the pitch the ball almost jumps slightly forward and to the right, straight into the path of Jimenez, without even the slightest break in stride.
2 incredible pieces of skill and fantastic goals and what a time to be a wolves fan!!

You have to remember Jimenez has spent 90 minutes running his **** off and Coady pretty much just chills in his own half. The relief Jimenez must have felt when it went in and you can clearly see his fist pump, he must have been knackered hahaha

I've looked at that 4th goal maybe 20 times and ok Leicester were all over the place but I'm trying to remember a more wonderful, almost perfect goal than that, made all the more perfect by its timing. Neves's pass, the cross and the finish are all sublime and all executed to perfection. It's going to take one hell of a goal to beat that one for me.

Four touches, Neves to Jimenez, one tap, cross, shot....goal.

That sequence is what dreams are made of.

There's a real good angle of his fist pump as you see the other manager holding his face in his two hands....I love it!

A comment on youtube on Neves' pass for Jimenez in Jota's hattrick:
    "axelfury88 6 hours ago
0:58 pass of the season? surely"

This gives the best angle to see the precision of this sublime pass. How ridiculous that some commentator apparently put it down as some sort of fluke.
