Anyone seen this? New ad for Coke’s partnership with the Premier League. Nice bit of Wolves in it - including a lovely surprise appearance from our very own Kenny Hibbitt - the only player in the film that didn’t actually play in the EPL (Wolves fan in the ad agency perhaps?).

It’s brilliant seeing us feature in things like this after so many years out of the spotlight.

Kenny should apply for some image royalties there.

I remember a couple of years ago, in a carlsberg world cup ad, there was a union jack with "wolverhampton" on it.. I can't remember if it was one of the Saatchi's or a friend of theirs was a wolves fan.

Bit strange to include Kenny to be honest, good though.

When we used to have games of football as kids if anyone scored a long range goal it was known as a "Kenny Hibbitt " as he always scored belters when Wolves appeared on televised highlights !

My mum had a huge crush on Kenny back in the late 70s. She then met him at an event at the old Wolves sports centre and she nearly fainted. God bless her.

My Dad and I met Kenny and Butch Wilkins after watching Us Vs Brighton in about 1981 (don’t know why Wilkins was there.) I was a little too young to be overwhelmed, but my Dad certainly was! I was a bit surprised how small they were in real life. Because I’d only ever seen them on telly I must have imagined they’d be giants or something.

Just seen it on the box. Fantastic to see us feature so strongly, the C'mon Wolves, the Kenny Hibbitt jigsaw falling into place and a wink from the great man. Magic.

Great to see stuff like this, we’re such a recognisable team. Traveling abroad a lot and meeting many football fans, most seem to have a soft spot for wolves, I believe this is partly due to us being so easy to spot and different from teams (colours, kit, badge)

its a bit strange from all the years either being ignored or presented in a football negative light to suddenly seem welcomed back in to the "in crowd". There is something about the colours, name and tradition that is unique. I am just trying to keep my feet on the ground. I was reminded recently when we played Everton. In the past i think it was 1979 we had just signed Andy Gray and we went to Everton and won 3-2, if i remember correctly. The Newspapers were saying how great we were and one said its the " team of the future". Few years later i was standing in a derelict stadium with a few thousand other hardy souls watching 4th division football. It feels this time we do have a chance to return to the big time and use our unique image to grow the club.

Love seeing Kenny on there. My dad reckons he’s our greatest living player. Dunno what others think? I’d say Bully maybe.

They are hauntingly similar (I know they are siblings.) I know it’s a comedy advert, but do they not really get on with each other? Did Ryan doink his brother’s wife, or did I just make that up?

Think it’s a bit of reference to this advert.
