Won't go to 1300ers. If Brizzle have put nets along the front and made the stand smaller then they have to give us the opposite end? Tbf if we played them at molineux I'd want us to give 15% and make it a proper cup tie.
Be a farce if it sells out on 1,100 and people on 1,110 miss out imho The Away season ticket scheme is simply £70 for a Bournemouth ticket, and the price of not one brain cell in the ticketing team at wolves
Agreed @JW - i have three tickets @1130 - Suppose that's the issue when the game is so close. Could have done 1,140 Sat, 1,120 Mon , 1,100 Tue and 1060 Wed - think that would have been fairer
I know. I have two tickets on 1130 with Huddersfield tickets booked but not included yet, so will be really ****ed off if we don't get any for Bristol
Just done a quick calc and no-one can have any more than 1,160 points (I wait to be proven wrong) as there have been 12 away games, 3 cup games and 1 friendly - Shrewsbury away doesn't count as it didn't go past Silver AST. So even it will certainly go to Monday - but it might be a bit of a rush - like Everton away was. EDIT - 1,170... FFS
1160 is the maximum, 1000 + 12 league game + 3 cup games + 1 friendly. I've missed 3 away games (Cardiff, Newcastle and Man City, part time, I know) which give me 1130. Still think they could have made the first cut off point lower, say 1120, 1140 seems quite high especially with more than 3000 tickets available.
How have Wolves not announced the allocation yet? If they're still negotiating, just announce what is 100% agreed and say with a possible extension of more...How hard is that?
This will easily make it to Monday given there can't be THAT many people with Gold/Silver ASTs and above 1040 points... but guessing it will sell out at some point during Monday afternoon once those with 1100 and above can get one.
Waiting for sat morning. 2 tickets. Hotel booked for Saturday night. Buzzing for this one. On a points note. I doubt many will be left for 1100. I just about managed to bag an Everton ticket with 1130 at the time.
That's the point, Everton starting point of 1080 was far too low so fans like you nearly missed out especially with only 2972 tickets available. This time it seems quite high with potentially circa 3500 tickets available, yet they start at 1140 before dropping to 1100
The points drop from 1140 1100 is too big , I will be pretty ****ed off if I miss out as 3 of the 4 games I have missed away I couldn't get tickets for ie Man U , Bournemouth and Shrewsbury as they'd sold out before I got a chance to buy.
Allocation will be big for this I think, should be plenty of tickets going. Not all ASTH's will go as its on tv and awkward kick off time.
I believe the points criteria is worked out in such a way that everyone in that first band (post AST's) will get a ticket. Just a case of getting your preferred seats
Fair point but surely if you've gone to the trouble of getting an AST you're not going to miss a big game 80 miles down the road at £12 a pop
For those asking about our allocation. I had a quick read of the Bristol City Forum (they really don't like us) the debate is over the additional 600 tickets which I believe is in another stand. We have definitely got the whole end behind the goal. If some of their comments are correct the police may have final say if we get the other 600 after the crowd trouble at their recent home game against Swansea. Final decision is to be made soon
I know it won't get as far as members but in future it could be a problem, a member who hasn't been to any games (100 pts) is classed the same as a member who has 200 points
I think knowing the police they will back Bristol into a corner, then refuse a small block of away fans. Grrrr.
Aye, that's because Everton sales started on 1080, so everyone with 1080 or more went for one at the same time. Bit more staggered this time.
Gents, Any idea how they would get tickets out to members which only go on sale Friday 15th ? I understand there will be little of no chance of getting one. If there are any left would it be an e ticket or collect from Bristol ticket office ? Heres hoping.
Excellent, another ticket thread with moans about AST, we didnt all pay £70, and some of us have had them for years. I wont bore you with the multiple reasons why i consider it great value again.
