    Yeah.

They're deadwood for a reason though and hard to move on especially if we want to get some money back

They have a Canadian (Hoilett) - better for Canadian soccer development if he stays up. I don't watch them unless they play us. I'm fine if they finish 17th every year.

Crazy that you still have an issue with me though.

I am from scandinavia, and I am sad to say bye bye to Leo Bonatini.
I won´t forget him..in an Iwelumo way...but things that needs to happen...needs to happens.
My heart belongs to WWFC..not any singular player.

The Italian Chris Iwelumo. Great for the kickstarting of a promotion campaign but then doesn't hit a barn door for a year.

Which begs the question even further why on earth we bought him permanently? It was so clear it wasn't going to work out and his value would drop. The whole thing was a complete waste of time

Strongly disagree andd it's comments like these that peeve me,
    1. Bonatini has made the bench 99% of games so Nuno will be sure he's earned his place there over Bright, Gladon, Ennis and Seal.
    2. He's understood his place in the team and been ok with it, like Ruddy and not caused bother, players like this are hard to come by, ie ready when called upon as he was against Sheffield Wednesday.
    3. Are you saying that we should sell all of our defenders that have not started for not being able to dislodge Coady Bennett and Boly as a constant unit all season.
    4. It's a squad game and I'm more than happy where the wolves squad is in the league.

Not saying we should keep him but labelling players that have done a job on the bench as deadwood is vitriol, fair play it's your opinion, but this is mine, with reasons stated why I have that opinion,

We could have saved some wages with Leo

I don't think anyone's knocking him, most young blokes of his age would be doing the same thing, good looking bloke with loads of money. But it's clearly affected his football, when he first came he was concentrating more on that, and scoring, now he could'dent hit a barn door with a banjo. The result is, were getting rid

If rumours are to be believed he’s been denting too many barn doors with his banjo.....
Unfortunately it’s not on the pitch

    Sasa Curcic.
I guess in the Premier League they'd spring for the classy types. The relegation clause would mean he would now be having to make do with the ones that hang around West Park.

You were one of the ones on my case when I started posting more regularly last spring. No worries though. And I don't love Cardiff. I love Canadian soccer, and we're developing well lately so I'll cheer for Canadian players if it doesn't hurt Wolves.

I'm very surprised to read about his carnal activities with such young (but legal) girls and am very tempted to say, "May the pox be with him," but I won't.:D He gave us a great half season and it's a pity that his shooting boots deserted him like lightening after the New Year. He gave us hope like so many have before him and he ended up the same way. Fortunately we had strength in depth.

He's young and he has time on his side to turn his career around. Good luck to the lad.

Considering how crap bonatini has been for us over the last year, he's got off lightly on here, god knows what would happen to costa and traore if they were putting it about and not concentrating on football

Bonatini was a major part of our promotion campaign last season, his goals and all round play were a major factor in our great first half of the season, we have outgrown him but that doesn't diminish what was achieved with him in the side last season and I will always remember him fondly, especially now I know he is a serial ****ger, fair play chap fair play

How is this vitriol? The bloke hasn't scored a goal since before Christmas in 2017. It's not unreasonable to suggest it's pretty obvious the move wouldn't work out and we shouldn't have signed him up, what was the point? The fact we signed him so late suggested we didn't really want him and missed out on other targets.

No I'm not saying that at all. We're still short in defence, one injury and we look threadbare. But they need genuine competition pushing them for their place. Leo was never ever threatening Raul for his place was he? I don't see the issue saying that the guy was never good enough to be signed up last summer?

Like you, I'm more than happy with where we are as well. Doesn't mean we agree with every single decision the club makes though.

Leo was what we needed at the time when he signed on loan, its also pretty obvious now that he signed permanently because whoever we were in for last summer didnt happen, and we couldnt go into this season with just Raul as our only middle front player, hence the signing of Leo.
As for scoring off the pitch fair play to the lad, he is 25 in a foreign country, do you expect him to stop at home every night watching Netflix, Corrie, Emmerdale or playing on his games Console ?, or worse still jerking off while watching some porno, NO he is doing what every normal bloke of his age does, goes out clubbing now and then, and when he sees some fit totty he pulls end of, its just that being a fit 25 year old single Footballer in the public eye is more of a pull for most women than your average bloke from Wolvo.
I never heard many making any comments when Cav, and Big Willie who both have a family life, allegedly hopped on a Train for London a few weeks ago straight after a game, they were obviously not just going down there just for the shopping :D;). Nuno obviously trusts his players to do the right thing, and if they didnt Im pretty sure they wouldnt last long at Wolves. Just because they are pretty good Footballers doesnt mean they dont do normal things when they have free time :D.

Totally agree and that shouldn't be forgotten at all.
He's mikes away from the standard needed not and don't think anyone can argue that. Only been on bench as we had no other option with first team experience, writing has been firmly on the wall when we've chased games and not called upon him when he had been on the bench. Massive appreciation, want every good enough for the prrmpre League and is rightfully been moved on
