I saw that the club were advertising for safety stewards. Perhaps that might be of interest to him?

    Kelvin The Kapitulator?

I would sooner pluck out my eyeballs and roll them in gravel than have him repollute one blade of grass on our pitch.

I'd have thought he'd be too busy out campaigning for the tories, he's got to protect those millions and he might have a few thousand less if he doesn't help them.

Probably not a position where we need to strengthen unless it is with a really top class player.
I don't think he would be any better than we have any more and bringing back players who were not already top class when they left is never a good idea.
No better than Stearman (a different position I know but the same principle.)

Karl was good for a few seasons and committed to the club. Past his best and not good enough now. His arrogant political views made me lose any respect for him, couldn't support him on the pitch or anywhere else.

My abiding memory of Karl is that game when he terrorized Joey Barton. Funny.

To be fair I remember it the other way round. Barton, as much as a ***** he is, he bossed it that day.

Always thought he got more **** than he deserved while he was playing for us (not so much afterwards such as his comments on Hennessey). Thought he was a tougher sort of character but he got roped in like a sucker by Albrighton against villa = red card.

No, at least our defenders know the ball is better off going forwards.

Agreed, he waded in to Barton looking to get him wound up/ sent off and Barton laughed in his face and contributed to a Newcastle win. Terrorised indeed.

Not how I remember it. Henry took Barton out and hit him with some tough tackles. Barton didn't like it and moaned at the ref but bottled it with Henry. He also moaned at McCarthy and accused him of tactically trying to wind him up by using Henry to rattle him. Which he did. Barton didn't have a good game, and we didn't lose. We drew 1-1 which at the time was an excellent result. I will grant you that Henry then bottled it the next time they met at Molineux when Barton was at QPR. Henry didn't go anywhere near him and avoided him all game.

Pretty sure Henry had the upper hand on Barton in the game vs. Newcastle. But then Barton came back with QPR and completely schooled Henry.

I loved Karl Henry, and to be fair he looked decent when he came on against us at Loftus Road. However, his best days are behind him now. Plus he's a filthy Tory so that rules him out too.

I don't care who he votes for, I remember him as Captain of Wolves when we walked the Championship. He wasn't Iniesta, but he was a key part of the best team we have had for years.

If we did I'd immediately be posting on the low points high points thread...

    High points. KH leaving
    Low points KH rejoining.

    Then I'd ring the Samaritans

My Prime Minister would make a lot of promises about needing to be stronger and efficient, then do nothing different at all - so in short a lot like the talk coming out of Henry's mouth as we crashed out of the league... rather symbolic of something else we seem to be crashing out of ;)
